(TSX VENTURE:EES) ("EcoMax" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Robert Gau has rejoined the Company as its Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Mr. Gau had previously been the Company's controller from September 2004 to November 2008. The appointment of Mr. Gau will bring the Company into compliance with TSX Venture Exchange rules that require the offices of CEO and CFO in active companies to be held by separate individuals. The appointment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
