The Financial Industry Regulatory Agency, or FINRA, gave the management of NX Capital Co. (OTC Pink: NXCP)formerly known as NexHorizon Communications, Inc. - completes approval of its reorganization with all proposed elements, including the name and symbol-change.
As of the market's opening on September 16, 2013, 9:00 A.M. EST, all securities traded under the original name, NexHorizon Communications, Inc., will now be equal and interchangeable with the new shares of NX Capital Co.
Along with the sweeping changes that have now gone into effect as of September 16, 2013, the company's president, F. Jeffrey Krupka, has spoken publically about several different practical changes in business operations. No other foreseeable changes in actual formation of the new company are anticipated, but Mr. Krupka has said, "This is only the beginningjust a format to work with."
The new public company, NX Capital Co., is positioning itself in the rare-earth metal, precious metals and uranium mining industry: exploring for, producing and procuring valuable minerals, most specifically for the energy market.
"We're already very far along the road toward being a producer in the uranium [mining] industry," Krupka said on early Monday. "There's so much movement in these tangible assetsthese indispensable metals."
The planned incorporation of what is effectively a new company has been checked, verified, and approved by and through the state of Delaware. As an entirely new entity, NX Capital Co. has gone through several months of vetting and scrutiny; many different stages of investigation before receiving the 'go-ahead,' so to speak, from all Federal, state and industry regulatory boards involvedincluding the Securities and Exchange Commission.
