Mortgage Insurers Up On Rising Home Sales

Rising home sales in 2012 lifted shares of mortgage insurers Assured Guaranty Ltd. (NYSE: AGO) $1.10 to close at $16.10, MBIA Inc. (NYSE: MBI) 57 cents to close at $8.63 and Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN) 48 cents to close at $6.62.
