Wal-Mart CEO Says 'Cliff' Talk Hurting Christmas Spending

Wal-Mart Stores President and CEO Mike Duke said the company's customers are becoming more aware of what the "fiscal cliff" means and about 15 percent said it will affect what they spend on Christmas.
