Alliance Mining Corp, is pleased to announce that it has submitted documentation to the TSX Venture Exchange with respect to a non-brokered private placement consisting of 1,540,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit in the capital stock for total gross proceeds of $154,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional share of the Company at a price of $0.12 per share for a period of twelve months from the closing date of the private placement. The shares are subject to a four month hold period.
