Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 6 August 2012, Ageas reports the purchase of 384,799 Ageas shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 12 until 16 November 2012.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 13 August 2012, Ageas has bought back 5,546,635 shares for a total amount of EUR 105,014,751. This corresponds to 2.28% of the total shares outstanding.
