Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund is a Limited purpose trust which owns rights and licenses them to Boston Pizza Royalties Limited Partnership, which franchises Boston Pizza Restaurants in Canada. The Fund reported second-quarter results, and first half ended June30, 2012, with record franchise sales and strong same-store growth of 5.1% year-to-date. Gains led to an increase of 6.3% in Royalty Income to $14.4 million compared with $13.5 million a year earlier.
