Originally built in 1964, this project sought LEED certification in the Core and Shell category. Core and Shell construction covers base building elements, such as the structure, envelope and building-level elements, such as central HVAC, etc. These major renovations included 396 Alhambra Circle, South Tower along with the construction of a new office tower; 396 Alhambra Circle, North Tower.
