Progress Energy Florida 2013 commercial solar PV rebate funds still available

Progress Energy Florida, a subsidiary of Duke Energy, announces there are still commercial funds available in the third round of solar photovoltaic (PV) rebates offered through the utility’s innovative SunSense® solar energy program.
