PR Log - May 04, 2012 - North Scottsdale Realtor, Lisa Kemper, has been awarded the Top Agent Under 30 by Realty Executives International. Realty Executives held their annual Executive Event at the prestigious Doubletree Resort in Paradise Valley AZ on May 2nd, 2012. Lisa Kemper received the Top Agent Under 30 award for her extraordinary sales achievements during 2011. Lisa's individual sales volume was the highest in the company, of all agents under 30 years of age. She is a top agent, not only within the company, but within the industry as well.
Lisa is part of the Brodeur Luxury Group at Realty Executives. It is an elite group of professional Realtors who specialize in Scottsdale homes for sale. Team leader, Carmen Brodeur, said "Lisa is a vital component of our team. She is a superstar among the young Scottsdale Realtors. Lisa definitely stands out in the crowd. I am so glad that Realty Executives is recognizing her talents with this award. It is a great honor to be named the Top Agent Under 30. We are all thrilled for her!". Lisa started with the Brodeur Luxury Group as an unlicensed assistant to Carmen Brodeur. Her professionalism and eye for detail was obvious and she was promoted to Transaction Coordinator. She quickly worked her way up to the group's Client Coordinator. Once she achieved her sales license she began to sell Scottsdale real estate. Initially she concentrated on Scottsdale condos for sale (http://www.topscottsdalehomes.com/condos/) but within a short year she broke into the luxury home market in some of the most exclusive golf communities in Scottsdale (http://www.topscottsdalehomes.com/scottsdale-golf-communities-map/). "I am so glad I had the opportunity to start my career at a top producing team where I could learn so much in such a short period of time" said Lisa.
Anyone who meets Lisa would likely credit her achievements to her high energy attitude and friendly personality. Lisa, however, credits her success to implementing technology to her advantage. She employs technology in all facets of her business. Her iPhone and lap top are never away from her side. She connects with clients through websites, blogs, social media campaigns and facebook pages. She is constantly texting clients, agents and title companies. Her phone bill usually has over 1800 texts per month - that's an average of 60 texts per day. She also spent several years developing her talents for website development and search engine optimization. Many would say that Lisa is one of the most technologically advanced Realtors in Scottsdale. Other agents constantly ask for her advice or to teach them, especially about search engine optimization. "I love to constantly tweak our websites and blogs to make them more user friendly and functional for our clients. It is all about making it easier for the clients."
According to Lisa it is not always easy being the young Realtor. "Agents and clients are often surprised when they meet me. I have often been told that they assumed I would be much older because of my professionalism and level of knowledge. It happens most often in the older country club communities like Desert Mountain. I have participated in many transactions in the community, helped to develop the number one website about Desert Mountain homes for sale and blog about the community on a regular basis. So I am very confident in my knowledge of the community. I definitely know more about the Desert Mountain Golf Club than 99% of other Realtors in Scottsdale."
When asked about how the economy has affected her business, Lisa commented "I don't pay any attention to the economy. Too many Realtors sit around moaning and groaning about the market. I just focus on my clients. I think it is possible to be successful in any market. You just need to screen out the negatives and put all your effort and attention into your clients needs and wants. I look at a "bad market" as being a great opportunity for buyers. My advice to other Realtors who are just starting out is to be a creative in this market. You need to think outside the box."
Lisa has witnessed the Scottsdale real estate market turn around in the past 3-4 months. Prices are slowly rising as inventory shrinks. "It is becoming more and more competitive to buy a home in Scottsdale. We encounter multiple offer situations daily. I expect the number of Scottsdale homes sold to take off in late 2012. It is going to be my best year ever." said Lisa.
