SINGAPORE,   March 30, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/ — Stanford Who’s Who proudly welcomes Laura Smagin to the distinguished ranks of leading professionals as a result of her exceptional effort in the field of architecture and planning. Throughout her brilliant professional career, Laura has routinely exhibited the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.

Laura is a currently working with DP Architects in the position of BIM Manager, leading the company and staff towards full BIM by 2015. Ms. Smagin’s role includes training staff, customizing interfaces and providing tools to increase productivity.

Among her other responsibilities, Laura is involved with liaising with other local BIM leaders/managers and organisations. As lead BIM consultant on multi discipline projects Laura has shown strong leadership and management for a variety of projects. She is incredibly proficient with Autodesk (Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT,), Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Front Page), and Adobe (Acrobat, Reader, PhotoShop), MYOB and WinZip. Laura is a graduate of Christchurch Polytechnic Institute and a speaker for local Tertiary centers and international conferences.
