Comergent Selected As One of The 2006 Supply & Demand Chain Executive 100; Comergent Recognized Among Innovative Supply and Demand Chain Vendors

Comergent Technologies(R), Inc., the leading provider of enterprise eBusiness solutions, today announced the company was selected as one of the 2006 Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine "100." The list recognizes supply chain solution providers, consultants and other organizations helping lead the way in transforming companies' supply and demand chain. This is the second time that Comergent achieved this distinction.

For the fifth year in a row, Supply & Demand Chain Executive has identified the leading providers of supply chain services and technologies who are at the forefront of innovation. This year the magazine focused the criteria for its "100" feature on innovation.

In describing the annual list, Andrew K. Reese, Supply & Demand Chain Executive editor, said, "Our readers turn to Supply & Demand Chain Executive to learn about new solutions and best practices for enabling the supply chain, to understand trends in supply chain technology, and to benchmark their own companies' enablement initiatives with those of other enterprises across industry verticals."

"Our goal with this year's '100' is to highlight a broad range of innovations taking place in the theory and practice of supply chain transformation," added Reese. "Therefore, our judging committee looked for solutions across a variety of industries, addressing the needs of companies of varying sizes, and assisting in the transformation of a diverse mix of the functions that make up the supply chain."

"It is an honor to take our place among other companies regarded by Supply & Demand Chain Executive to be transforming the supply and demand chain," said Jean Kovacs, Comergent president and CEO. "We are particularly proud to be recognized for the innovation that Comergent has brought to the market with the Comergent eBusiness System(TM) that optimizes selling and buying cycles in the demand chain. Innovation has and continues to be a cornerstone of our company's mission in helping companies simplify and automate their customer and partner facing operations."
