Comcast Corp., the largest U.S. cable television provider, says its fourth-quarter profit fell 32% on a charge related to the decreased value of its investment in the Clearwire Wi-Max service, and indicated that subscriber growth is decreasing as cash-conscious consumers cope with the weakened economy.
