Allegheny Tech's quarterly profit falls 26%

Allegheny Technologies Inc. says Wednesday that its fourth-quarter net income fell 26% and warns it will fall short of analyst targets in the coming period because of rising benefit costs and a one-time expense related to falling commodity prices.
