Tel Aviv lower on Moody's gloomy bank view

Israeli stocks slumped broadly on Wednesday, led lower by the banks and other financial companies, as Moody's said in a report that the "fundamental credit outlook for the Israeli banking industry" over the next 12 to 18 months "is negative."
