Gazprom says Ukraine is blocking gas supplies to Europe

Russia’s gas giant Gazprom says Tuesday that Ukraine is blocking Russian gas supplies to the rest of Europe by keeping a transit pipeline closed, throwing into doubt a deal to resolve the energy dispute that has cut off gas to Europe at a time of freezing winter temperatures.
