Morgan Stanley, OPEC, Libor in focus

Stock index futures were lower Wednesday, indicating U.S. stocks might give up some of the strong gains recorded a day earlier following the Federal Reserve's decision to cut interest rates to historic lows and to flood the financial system with money.
