Deutsche Bank Announces Per Share Amounts of DB Commodity and Currency Fund Distributions

Deutsche Bank today announced per share distribution amounts payable to shareholders of record as of December 17, 2008 for each of the following PowerShares DB funds. The distribution amounts are as follows:

The amount of per-share distribution by each of the PowerShares DB funds was based upon the number of shares outstanding for each PowerShares DB fund as of the close of business on December 12, 2008. The distributions are payable to shareholders of record as of December 17, 2008 and will be paid on December 30, 2008. These distributions represent DB Commodity Services LLC’s estimate of the amount by which each of the PowerShares DB funds’ interest income exceeded its expenses in 2008.
