eTelecare Global Solutions (NASDAQ:ETEL) (PSE:ETEL), a leading provider of complex business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, announced that it has entered into an agreement to provide inbound sales services on behalf of one of the world’s largest software providers.
eTelecare associates will provide these services to individuals and small businesses via both voice from a U.S. delivery center and live Internet chat (non-voice) from a Philippine delivery center.
According to John Harris, President and CEO, eTelecare was selected to deliver this program in large part based on its track record and the client’s expectation that eTelecare will achieve measurably higher sales conversion rates than its current outsourced providers. It is anticipated that later this year the client will expand the relationship to include technical support activities.
