TechCrunch CEO Heather Harde led a panel today with some of the biggest names in mergers and acquisitions, who have collectively been involved in deals totaling billions of dollars. Included on the panel were Michael Marquez (EVP of Corporate Development at CBS), David Lawee (Head of Corporate Development at Google), and Ted Wang (Partner at Fenwick & West LLP).
