Construction of Wind Turbine Components Facility Starts in Liaoning Province

BEIJING--July 31, 2008--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The cornerstone-laying ceremony of Dandong Fengneng Industry Company Limited's (DFIC) forging facility for the production of wind turbine components was held July 16 in northeastern China's Liaoning province. The project has a total planned investment of about $308 million and will be built in different phases. Phase I will cost about $88 million. Upon completion, the project will become the largest forging facility for wind turbines in China.
