Today in the market, Monday July 21, 2008: The stock market gyrated between positive and negative territory before ending slightly down. The S&P was off -0.05% and the Nasdaq ended down -0.14%. Oil and materials were up today on hurricane fears and that caused some profit taking after a good last week.
