BEIJING--July 3, 2008--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--A preliminary feasibility study has been approved by a panel organized by the East China Electric Consulting Company (Shanghai) for a cogeneration project to replace several smaller units with fewer larger units at the 600-megawatt (MW) Guodian Suzhou Thermal Power Plant in Suzhou, Anhui province. The plant is owned by China Guodian Corporation (Beijing), one of China's top five nationwide power producers.
