Stock futures were posting moderate gains early Monday after the weekend’s big oil summit in the Saudi Arabia city of Jeddah. Oil ministers told businessmen and politicians that the country would raise production by 200,000 barrels a day in hopes reduce that $135 price tag on the important commodity.
