Objective Capital comments on Tirex Resources: latest Koshaj assays support best-case valuation

Objective Capital has issued a comment dated June 12, 2008 on Tirex Resources (TSX: TXX.V) stating “We draw continued encouragement from the Koshaj assays.”

Tirex Resources recently completed its IPO, offering investors an opportunity to participate in the first modern exploration programme in Albania. The company has a land position in the northern part of the former communist country, in a region with several formerly producing copper mines. Tirex’s geologists are pursuing Noranda-style zinc and copper deposits in Albania, using a geological model and exploration techniques heretofore untried in the country.

According to the Objective Capital comment:

“We draw continued encouragement from the Koshaj assays, which show promising values of base and precious metals over appreciable widths.

We believe the assays continue to support our optimistic valuation of the Mirdita project. Further, we believe that continued expansion of the Koshaj mineralisation through drilling, or comparable assays from additional deposits offer further blue-sky potential.”
