Today in the market, Tuesday March 25, 2008: The market generally up despite some troubling economic news. RSI’s Themes: Three ETF/CEF picks today and no standout theme. Stock picks included several foreign based stocks. Cannot see a clear cut theme here. ETF/CEF Low Volatility: NPI - Nuveen Prem Incm Muni Fund RSI has picked NPI before. It has a PYE of -6.30/5.47/1.16 which is not too bad and its yield is tax exempt too. Might take a look at this one.
