The Company will release its fourth quarter and fiscal 2007 financial results and file its Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission after the close of the market, Monday, March 17, 2008. The Company also will file an Amended Form 8-K on the financial results of Cargo Holdings International, Inc. (CHI), which ABX Holdings acquired on December 31, 2007. The amendment to the Form 8-K filed January 7, 2008, will include historical financial information for CHI and pro-forma financials for the combined companies.
