Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH) today announced that its operating interest in and assets associated with Beacon Hospital, located in Dublin, Ireland, has been sold to Beacon Medical Group Limited, an Irish private limited company. The transaction was effective on February 21, 2008.
