Terex To Acquire A. S. V.

Terex Corp. (NYSE: TEX) will pay approximately $488 million to acquire construction equipment maker A. S. V. Inc. (Nasdaq: ASVI). Shares of Terex soared $3.67 to $56.60 while A. S. V. stock leaped $5.51 to $17.80.
