Jim Cramer's Sell Block
Posted on November 08, 2007 at 20:21 PM EST
Cramer told us it is time to dump Under Armour Inc. ( UA ). CEO Kevin Plank defended his company after analysts expressed concern about the retailer's inventories. He then sold 1.5 million shares. Insider selling is not always bad but he felt stupid for championing Plank then having this happen. UA has inventory problems and is loosing momentum, along with trading at two times the growth rate. This is where Jim downgraded Starbucks Corporation ( SBUX ) and Whole Foods Market Inc. ( WFMI ). Lastly do not be tempted to buy any of the four horsemen of the mortgage apocalypse: PMI Group Inc. ( PMI ), MGIC Investment Corp. ( MTG ), MBIA Inc. ( MBI ) and Ambac Financial Group Inc. ( ABK ) no matter what the price drops to.
