New Yorkers say, 'We don't seem to have spring any more. It goes straight from winter to summer.' Londoners say, 'We have a summer. It lasts two days at some point between April and October.' I heard one Angel Investor recently extol the virtues of Hawaii as a place to set up shop, mainly because of the glorious climate. But does the weather affect our overall happiness?
