Frost Bank, Cardtronics and New ATMs Part of Dallas Love Field Modernization Program
New ATMs at Improved Love Field Airport to be Free of Charge for Frost Customers

SAN ANTONIO and HOUSTON, April 16, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Frost Bank and Cardtronics today announced—as part of an expanded ATM branding relationship—the placement of new, Frost Bank-branded ATMs at Dallas Love Field in conjunction with the Love Field Modernization Program. While the new ATMs are now available to all travelers passing through Love Field, Frost customers can access them free of charge. Frost is a strong regional bank that has served Texans since 1868. Cardtronics, Inc. (Nasdaq:CATM) is the world's largest retail ATM owner and exclusive provider of ATM services to Dallas Love Field.

The Love Field Modernization Program renovations, when complete in fall 2014, will include a new centralized concourse with 20 gates, a remodeled lobby, expanded baggage claim area, a new ticketing wing—and six new, conveniently-placed Frost Bank-branded ATMs to greet travelers visiting this refreshed, iconic Texas airport. Presently, five Frost-branded ATMs are available at the airport. With this expansion of its ATM branding relationship, Frost offers its customers free-of-charge ATM access at more than 620 Cardtronics-owned ATMs located at Valero Corner Stores and Dallas Love Field. All together, including ATMs operated by the bank and in other locations, Frost Bank customers enjoy access to a network of more than 1,100 ATMs.

"Frost is pleased to offer people who travel through Dallas Love Field a convenient ATM option," said Frost Chairman and CEO Dick Evans. "By building on our ATM branding relationship with Cardtronics, Frost is making it more convenient for our customers to access their money when traveling to or from Love Field, while also exposing more people to the Frost brand. Frost now has the third highest number of ATMs in Texas."

"As the Love Field Modernization Program works to increase efficiency for travelers, Cardtronics aims to do likewise by installing new ATMs at the airport," said Rick Updyke, president, North America Business Group, Cardtronics. "For the second time within 12 months, Frost Bank has looked to Cardtronics' ATM branding program to expand free-of-charge ATM network coverage for its customers, underscoring once again our ability to connect financial institutions with their customers in many of America's most convenient locations."

Cardtronics, recently awarded a new, long-term contract by the city of Dallas (which owns and operates Dallas Love Field) has been the exclusive provider of ATM services to the airport since 2003.
