Mr. Shibuya's hiring further points to the strong growth and sustained expansion within DTZ brokerage ranks in the U.S. and in particular the pivotal Southern California marketplace where the company recently hired Senior Vice President Chris Sausser for its Costa Mesa office. DTZ continues to build strong momentum by seeking out career professionals like Mr. Shibuya who have gained the trust and industry respect of their peers and clients and possess the know-how to deliver enterprise-wide, tailored real estate solutions to an ever-growing client base.

Darren Shibuya joins DTZ after spending the past 20 years as a Principal in the Los Angeles Cresa office specializing in corporate tenant representation.
