Awarded 4th fastest growing start-up at the StartupSmart Awards and a new office opening in Sydney, 2013 is going to be a big year for Australia's premium online ordering company.
PR Log - Apr 04, 2013 - 2013 is going to be an exciting year for Zwift. Last month at the StartupSmart Awards in Melbourne, the company was awarded 4th fastest growing start-up in Australia. And this week they officially announced the opening of a second Melbourne office and their first Sydney based restaurant support centre. This award and the two new office openings mark the rapid expansion of the online ordering business and the opportunity for future growth, not just in Melbourne and Sydney, but throughout Australia.
“Having started in Melbourne just 4 years ago, the business has grown organically, very quickly. It’s now time to expand our reach and support capabilities, and Sydney is the logical location to do this” states Brent Chandler, CEO and Founder of Zwift International.
The new Sydney office will not only see greater opportunity for new business and increasing the client base, but greater customer service and support. Zwift is proudly Australian owned and operated with a comprehensive solution including design and marketing services, product development and 24/7 technical support all provided in-house. A permanent base in Sydney will empower Zwift with the resources to provide premium solutions to the northern region of the country, whilst maintaining their high standards.
The opening of the second Melbourne office comes as recruitment hits an all-time high across all departments. “The space was needed to make way for our team, which is continuing to grow,” Chandler says. “And with the new staff we are excited to see bigger and better service offerings than ever before. We’re ready for a big year, the biggest year yet!”
The new offices exemplify the spirit of Zwift, with fresh, open and collaborative spaces that encourage innovative thinking and creative engagement across all departments. “It’s crucial to Zwift’s success that we attract and retain the best people to continue the growth of the business. So it is very important that all three offices provide an environment which is enticing for both current and future staff.” Chandler explains.
“This is only the beginning. There are thousands of takeaway restaurants around the country that will benefit from having their own comprehensive online solution with the support of a powerful marketing team,” says Chandler.
