Monsanto Earnings Shot Up On Strong Brazil Sales
Monsanto's (MON) earnings and sales shot up as the crop seed provider recorded strong corn sales in Brazil. On Wednesday, the maker of seeds, traits and herbicides said second-quarter earnings jumped 20% to $2.73, well above analyst estimates of $2.58.
