Stocks Set To Open Lower On Eurozone Worries
The stock market was poised to open lower Wednesday as the eurozones's financial problems remained in the spotlight. The PowerShares QQQ (QQQ) Nasdaq 100 ETF and the SPDR Trust (SPY), a proxy for the S&P 500, were down 0.5% in premarket trading. The Diamonds (DIA) ETF, which mirrors the Dow Jones industrial average, also was down 0.5%. Demand at an Italian debt auction was weak, causing new worries over the financial health of the eurozone,
