Case-Shiller Up, Housing Stocks Remain Unchanged
Single-family home prices rose in January, a sign the housing market is slowly getting back on track, according to data released Tuesday. The S&P/Case-Shiller composite index rose 1% in January, beating estimates of a 0.9% jump. Prices have been climbing since February 2012.
