Peapack-Gladstone Bank Appoints New Senior Vice Presidents

Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select Market:  PGC) announces the appointment of three Senior Vice Presidents at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, the holding company's wholly owned community bank. 

 

Martin J. Brady has been appointed to the position of senior vice president managing director multi-family lending.  Brady is now part of the bank's multi-family lending team serving both the New York City and New Jersey marketplace.

 

Brady joined the bank in February 2013 after a long and distinguished 30-year career in the banking industry where he served as vice president at North Fork Bank and Atlantic Bank of New York.  He later transitioned to senior vice president at Washington Mutual and vice president of commercial real estate at the State Bank of Long Island.  Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, he held the position of first senior vice president and team leader, real estate at Hudson Valley Bank. 

 

Mr. Brady attended Thomas Edison State College where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  He holds an MBA in Financial Management from Iona College in New York and Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.   He serves as Treasurer of the Metropolitan Mortgage Officers Society and is a member of the Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick. 

 

Randy Williams , former vice president, commercial lending at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, has been promoted to senior vice president.  Williams joined the bank in 2006 and is responsible for growing the commercial real estate loan portfolio.  Based at the bank's headquarters in Bedminster, NJ, Randy is part of an experienced team that provides clients with full banking solutions ranging from commercial lending products to wealth management.  With 26 years in the banking industry, Randy has held lending positions at Sovereign Bank/Independence Community Bank and Summit Bank in New Jersey. 

 

A resident of Tewksbury, NJ, Williams attended the University of Maryland and Stonier Graduate School of Banking and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA). 

 

Marc Magliaro , former vice president, commercial lending at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, has been promoted to senior vice president.  With 20 years of experience in banking and commercial real estate, Magliaro previously worked at NorCrown Bank in Livingston, NJ and Weichert Commercial Brokerage in Morris Plains.  Since joining the bank in 2006, Marc has closed in excess of $250 million in new business and is part of an experienced team specializing in commercial real estate and multi-family lending.  Based in Morristown, NJ, Magliaro's responsibilities include growth of the commercial loan portfolio throughout New Jersey.  

 

A graduate of Southern Vermont College and The Professional School of Business, he is a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, NJBankers Association and the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA).
