Top Stocks End Mostly Lower; Ocwen Triggers Sell Rule
The leading stocks from IBD's 33 sector groups ended mostly lower Tuesday on a mixed day for the major averages. Mortgage loan servicer Ocwen Financial (OCN) triggered a key IBD sell rule by dropping 8% below its 39.35 buy point from a cup-with-handle base. It's the second time that's happened since the stock's breakout in late January. Ocwen ended down 2.58 at 36.21 on a disappointing quarterly earnings report by rival Walter Investment
