The Hardwicke Group will function as a wholly owned subsidiary of Swarm and operate under the name Swarm RVA.
Swarm originated as an interactive marketing agency specializing in consumer items and services, exhibitions, and education/non-profits. “Swarm’s depth in key technological areas gives us the ability to offer clients more depth in services,” The Hardwicke Group chief executive Dr. Susan Hardwicke added. “We plan to provide clients with key additional services, such as application development.” Swarm expects a smooth, seamless transition for THG clients. Details of the acquisition, including purchase price, have not been disclosed.
