CenterPoint Energy Inc. (NYSE: CNP) will form a limited partnership with OGE Energy Corp. (NYSE: OGE) and ArcLight Capital Partners. Shares of CenterPoint climbed $1.73 to $23.57 while OGE stock leaped $5.08 to $66.41.
