In trading on Friday, the SPDR S&PAerospace & Defense ETF (XAR) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.7% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Spirit Aerosystems Holdings (SPR), up about 1.5% and shares of Esterline Technologies (ESL), up about 0.9% on the day.
