Velti (Nasdaq: VELT) fell to a loss for the fourth quarter of 8 cents per share compared with a profit of 40 cents per share in the year ago period. The company also forecast current quarter and full year revenue well below expectations sending the stock price tumbling 81 cents to $2.31.
