Heckmann Corp. (NYSE: HEK) reversed year ago losses of 2 cents per share to post an unexpected profit for the fourth quarter of 3 cents per share and announced plans to change its name to Nuverra Environmental Solutions. The stock price rose 39 cents to $4.10.
