Leadership comes in all shapes and sizes and can be found in unlikely places.  A couple of days ago one of my daughters sent me this video on Facebook.  I liked it: It's not every day you get to hear a 13 year old give a compelling university lecture.  And his very personal message about creatively challenging traditional assumptions... his own benevolent form of hacking...  which includes 'hacking' schooling and skiing, for instance... should resonate with many innovators and entrepreneurs.
