Brazil's CSN Ordered to Halt Construction on Long-Steel Mill

Environmental authorities in Rio de Janeiro state have ordered steelmaker Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSNA3.BR, SID) to "indefinitely" halt construction work on its long-steel mill at Volta Redonda, alleging the company didn't pay a fee on time.
