Artisan Partners (APAM) Prices IPO Above Range, Shares Jump

Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. (NYSE: APAM) has priced its initial public offering (IPO) of around 11.05 million shares of Class A common stock at $30.00 apiece, above its proposed range. Shares surged as much as 23 percent to $36.87 in their public debut on Thursday. [More...]
