ASIA MARKETS: Asian Shares Up; Japan Hits Multiyear Highs

Asian markets were higher on Wednesday, with stocks in Japan and Australia reaching fresh multiyear highs, after the Dow Jones Industrial Average marked an all-time high Tuesday.
