While emerging markets equities lag, investors continue to pour cash into select ETFs that track developing world bonds. Well, at least one ETF, that being the Market Vectors Emerging Markets Local Currency Bond ETF (NYSE: EMLC ), which now has more than $1.5 billion in assets under management. Market
