Obama taps energy, budget, EPA chiefs
President Barack Obama on Monday tapped three Washington veterans for roles heading the Energy Department, the Environmental Protection Agency and the White House’s budget office, moving to fill out his team as he plans to confront climate change and budget battles in his second term.
